Which Get Fit Plan Is Right For Me?
For those who are dropping weight or “cutting” (as bodybuilders call it). Featuring 200-300 calories, minimal carbs, a solid amount of vegetables and enough protein to hold lean muscle.
For those attempting to eat healthier and maintain a healthy body weight. Eliminates the 2 later carb meals, serves slightly more vegetables and allows enough protein to hold muscle.
For those attempting to gain a moderate degree of muscle while keeping body-fat to a minimum. Basically the same as Bulk but we drop carbs from the last 2 meals of the day to limit your body’s opportunity to store excess calories. 300-400 calories per meal.
